Privacy Policy
This is a draft for the Etherly app. The final version will be published at etherly.one/legal/privacy.
What we collect
- Account data: your email or Apple ID identifier and the name you choose to add.
- Orders: what you bought, when, the amount and the payment method type.
- eSIM data: the eSIM profile and data usage, so we can show your balance and send alerts.
- Device data: push notification token, app version and language.
What we don't collect
- We do not see or store your full card number.
- We do not use advertising identifiers and do not track you across other apps.
How we use it
- To deliver your eSIM and show your usage.
- To send receipts, sign-in codes and notifications you turn on.
- To prevent fraud and provide support.
Who we share it with
Our service providers only, to the extent needed: payment processors, our eSIM provider, and email and push delivery services.
Storage and security
Your eSIM activation code is stored encrypted and shown only to you. Data is transferred over encrypted connections.
Your rights
You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account. We then delete your personal data, except records we must keep by law.
