Refund Policy

When you get a refund
- The eSIM was not installed. If you haven't downloaded the eSIM profile to a device, you can get a full refund.
- We couldn't deliver the eSIM. If delivery fails, we refund you automatically.
- The eSIM doesn't work. If we can't fix a technical problem on our side, we refund the plan.
When we can't refund
- The eSIM was installed and its data was used.
- Your device was locked to a carrier or didn't support eSIM and this was shown before you paid.
- The plan has expired.
How to ask
Write to support@etherly.one with your receipt number (Profile → Orders & receipts).
How long it takes
- Card and Apple Pay: usually 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank.
- Crypto: refunded manually to the address you paid from, minus network fees.

Top-ups follow the same rules as plans.
