Terms of Service
These terms are a draft for the Etherly app and will be replaced by the final version at etherly.one/legal/terms.
1. Who we are
Etherly ("we", "us") sells prepaid travel eSIM data plans through this app and at etherly.one.
2. The service
- We provide mobile data only. Plans do not include a phone number, calls or SMS.
- Coverage, speeds and networks depend on local carriers and are shown on each plan before you pay.
- Unlimited plans have a fair-use limit that is shown on the plan.
3. Your account
You can browse without an account. To buy you sign in with Apple or with a code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping your access secure.
4. Purchases and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Amounts in other currencies are approximate.
- You can pay with Apple Pay, a card or crypto. Payments are processed by our payment providers.
- Your eSIM is delivered only after we receive your payment.
5. Installing and using your eSIM
- Your device must support eSIM and must not be locked to a carrier.
- The validity period starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination.
- An eSIM can be installed on one device only. Do not delete it from your phone before the plan ends.

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, resell plans without our permission, or use the data for unlawful activity.
8. Liability
We do our best to keep the service running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted coverage. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the plan.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you in the app when they change in a material way.
